Mátyás király a vasvári káptalannak. Tudatja a cimzettel Polyan-i Tamás fiai: OOzsvát és György előadását, amely szerint mostohaanyjuk: Orsolya asszony férjének elengedte annak birtokaiból az őt megillető hitbért és jegyajándékot és erre vonatkozólag őt nyugtatta. Elrendeli egyben, hogy az elengedő végrendealeti aktus tanuit hallgassa ki e tárgyban és vallomásaikat Tamás fiainak hitelesen adja ki.
