(Oct. d. term. pren. (6. d. Georg.)). Az erdélyi káptalan Váráskézey-i (!) Lépes Loránd erdélyi alvajdának: átírván Váraskeszi Lépes Loránd alvajda 1433. március 29-i s a saját, 1433. január 25-i oklevelét, a felek (a kolozsmonostori konvent apátja s Deszmeér-i Mikola fiai: János és László s társai) által választott bírák s a káptalan és az alvajda embere bejárták Apatthida és Szentmiklós határát.
