Chazma-i Márton pápai közjegyző Zágrábi egyházmegyei klerikus János, a Tharnocz-i Szent Imre herceg és hitvalló egyház plébánosának kérelmére állítja ki e ”publicum instrumentum”-ot a neki Tharnocz-i Gáspár és név szerint felsorolt társai részéről járó tized ügyében.
