Az egri káptalan Garai László nádornak jelenti, hogy a nádor 1454 junius 7.-i parancsára Borsod megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a mandátum tartalmazta, Cheh Péter özvegyét tehát Varkon-i László és anyja Margit asszony ellenében Maly possessióból Jakab apostol nyolcadára /aug. 1./ a nádori prézencia elé inszinuációval megidézték. Papír. Két helyen az értelmet nem befolyásoló kis hiány. Zárópecsét nyomai. EGRI KÁPTALAN
