A Veronika, Gargo-i Péter hajadon leánya, felperes és Sigra-i Poch Mihály és fia Péter, alperesek között a Szepes megyei Sigra és Zenthmargitha possessiók, valamint Alsouicha possessio felének statuciójánál bejelentett ellentmondás miatt Pálóci Mátyus országbíró előtt indult pert a saját prézenciája elé a felek ügyvédjeinek kívánságára Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) elhalasztja Garai Miklós nádor.
