A leleszi konvent Garai Miklós nádornak.A leleszi konvent előtt Garai Miklós nádor adiud., et iuram. alapján Kwrtweles-i Briccius fia: István, ötvened magával esküt tett, hogy nála oly írás, amely szerint Kertwelyes ... iuri femineo pertinere debere, nincs, ilyen nem is ismer. Egyébként őt és őseit e birtok titulo iuris hereditarii illette meg. Többszöri átírás után átírta I. Mátyás király 1483. november 15-i oklevele.
