Tudatja címzettel Barcha-i Tamás fiai: István és Máté panaszát, amely szerint atyai nagybátyjukat Sebestyént Warazo-i Pál fia László Kassa város szélén (in fine civitatis Cassensis) megölte, elrendeli egyben a panasz tárgyában a tanúvallatást.
