Szepesi Jakab országbíró annak a hat márka bírságnak kétharmad részét, amelyben Jekkulfalua-i Fyas Lőrinc fia Miklós Harakouch-i János fia Istvánnal szemben az országbíró előtt elmarasztaltatott, Miklósnak elengedi és őt erre vonatkozólag nyugtatja.
