Szepesi Jakab comes országbíró, felperes és Enyzke-i Demeter fia Péter alperes között Enyzke possessio birtoklása ügyében előtte indult pert propter arduitatem ipsius cause, tuem etiam propter baronum absentiam vízkereszt nyolcadára (1377. január 13.) halasztja Garai Miklós nádor. Eredeti, papír, zárópecsét helye. Hátlapján: Non solvit. NB.
