Esztergom város bizonyítja, hogy előtte Miklós áldozár, az Esztergom vári Szent Adalbert egyház Keresztelő Szent János oltárának rektora vett szőlejét a Város határában Zenthmartun uelge-ben két márka mercimoniális ezüst örök áron Antal sartor városi polgárnak eladta és ez eladáshoz a szőlő név szerint felsorolt szomszédai is hozzájárultak.
