Kezep Barcha-i Myko fia Miklós, Miklós és Jakab papok, testvérei nevében is tiltakozott az ellen, hogy mint hallotta, János fia Tamás, ennek fiai: Mátyás, János és István és név szerint felsorolt társak, Barcha-i nemesek, a tiltakozók távollétében és tudomásuk nélkül, egymás között örök érvényű osztályt létesítettek, egyben ettől őket eltiltja.
