Báthori István országbíró Barcza-i András, István és Miklós nevében ítélőszékén előterjesztett kérésére privilegialis formában átírja részükre Rozgonyi János országbíró 1471. január 2-iki és a jászói konvent 1470. november 23-iki oklevelét, amelyet annak idején, debito tempore reportationis Rozgonyi István akkori országbírónak, sem későbbi neki quibusdam arduis necessitatibus intervenientibus prepediti apportare et in formam nostri privilegii redigi facere nequivissent. Az oklevelek rite et racionabiliter et secundum approbatam dicti regni Hungarie consuetudinem állították ki - az országbíró megállapítása szerint. - Hártya - Liláspiros-zöld selyemzsinóron függő pecséttel - A szöveg alatt jobbra: lecta cum tenore per....
