Themeskez-i Bálint az általa a Heves megyei Lewrinczy possessióban zálogban bírt részt, miután neki a zálogösszeget, 30 arany forintot, Olnod-i Czwdar Simon, királyi udvarmester kifizette, ennek visszaadta és a visszafizetést illetően őt nyugtatta, úgy azonban, hogy az idei termés még a zálogbirtokost illeti. - A szöveg alatt piros viaszú rányomott pecsét nyomai. - Papírfelzet külön. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
