Kaiser Friedrich III. befiehlt dem Bürgermeister, Richter und Rathe zu Wien, Ursulen, die Witwe seines Grazer Bürgers Kristoff Eppishauser, der dieser sein gesammtes Gut hinterlassen hatte, des hauss, gegen dem Brobsthof über daselbs zu Wienn gelegen, so des obbemelten Eppishauser gewesen ist, in ihr Grundbuch ohne Verzug nucz und gwer schreiben zu lassen.
Emperor Friedrich III orders the mayor, judge, and councilors of Vienna to have Ursulen, the widow of his Graz citizen Kristoff Eppishauser, to whom he had bequeathed all his property, entered without delay in their land register with the right of use and ownership for the house, located in Vienna opposite the Brobsthof, which belonged to the aforementioned Eppishauser.
