Balthaßar, Abt zu Rein, Pater immediatus des Neuklosters, Vicarius generalis des Cistercienserordens für Kärnten und Krain, gibt bekannt, daß Abt Matthäus und der Konvent des Neuklosters ihm schriftlich vorgetragen haben, daß sie die im Herzogtum Krain gelegene, von Kaiser Friedrich (III.) gestiftete und von Papst Pius (II.) Ihrem Kloster inkorporierte Pfarre Manspurg an Abt Maximilian und den Konvent zu Sittich um eine Summe Gelds verkauft haben. Diese Pfarre sei weit entlegen und a fundatione schir mehr schädlich als nuzbahr gewesen. Sie baten ihn als ihren Pater immediatus um seine Zustimmung. Da nun diese Pfarre Manspurg tatsächlich für das Kloster in Neustadt zu sehr entlegen und auch nicht sehr einträglich ist, für das Kloster Sittich dagegen günstig gelegen und nützlich ist, gibt er seine Zustimmung und bestätigt den am 13. September laufenden Jahres errichteten Kaufvertrag.
