Kaiser Maximilian (I.) erklärt: Sein Vater, Kaiser Friedrich III., hatte in seiner Stadt Neustadt ein Kloster zur hl. Dreifaltigkeit, Sanct Bernhards Ordens, gestiftet, wo seine Gemahlin, unsere liebe fraw mueter, eine geborene Kunigin von Portigal leibhafftigklichn begraben ligt. Obwohl der Stifter seine Gründung mit Renten und Gülten versehen hat, wurde ihm doch berichtet, daß die Brüder an vischwaid etwas mangel leiden. Damit nun diese den Satzungen ihrer Regel wie der Stiftung seines Vaters entsprechen können, stiftet er zum Gedenken an seine Frau Blanngka Maria von Mailand und für das Seelenheil aller seiner Vorfahren und Nachkommen dem Abt Michel und dem Convent des Neuklosters jährlich von seinem vitzhamb ambt in Österreich aus den Teichen, die er diesseits der Donau besitzt, für 52 fl Rh Fische oder ebensoviel Geld. Der Kaiser befiehlt dem gegenwärtigen Vitztum in Österreich unter der Enns, Laurenz Saurer, dies durchzuführen, und zwar so, daß man ihnen wöchentlich für 1 fl Fische oder soviel Geld reichen soll.
Emperor Maximilian (I) declares: His father, Emperor Friedrich III, had founded a monastery of the Holy Trinity, of the Order of Saint Bernard, in his city of Neustadt, where his wife, our dear lady mother, a born Queen of Portugal, is bodily buried. Although the founder endowed his foundation with rents and dues, he was nevertheless informed that the brothers suffer some shortage of fish. In order that they may comply with the statutes of their rule as well as the foundation of his father, he donates, in memory of his wife Blanngka Maria of Milan and for the salvation of the souls of all his ancestors and descendants, to Abbot Michel and the convent of the Neukloster, annually from his office of the Vitzhamb in Austria, from the ponds he owns on this side of the Danube, fish worth 52 florins Rhine or the equivalent amount of money. The Emperor orders the present Vitzthum in Austria below the Enns, Laurenz Saurer, to carry this out, namely, that they are to be provided weekly with fish worth 1 florin or the equivalent amount of money.
