Kaiser Friedrich [III.] befreit und begnadet (tun und geben ... freyheit und gnad) mit wohlbedachtem Mut und gutem Rat seiner und des Heiligen Römischen Reichs Fürsten, Grafen, Edlen und Getreuen den Heinrich Rohrbach (Heinrich Rorbach) sowie alle ehelichen Leib- und Lehenserben für dessen Ehrbarkeit, Redlichkeit und Vernunft, weiters für die vergangenen, gegenwärtigen und künftigen Dienste und auch die aller Vorfahren an Kaiser und Reich mit dem Wappengenossen- und rittermäßigen Adelsstand (also, daz sy nu hinfur wappensgenosz und rittermessig lutte sein geheissen und dafur gehalten sollen werden), mit allen Ämtern, dem Recht, Lehen innezuhaben, allen Gerichtsbarkeiten, der Erlaubnis, Recht zu sprechen und sich in geistlichen und weltlichen Ständen und Angelegenheiten zu bewegen (mit amptern und lehen zu haben und zu halten, gericht zu besitzen und recht zu sprechen und darzu tuglich und schicklich zu sein in geistlichen und werntlichen stennden und sachen), wie es andere rechtgeborene Wappengenossen und Ritter im Heiligen Römischen Reich durch Recht oder Gewohnheit (von recht oder gewonheit) ungehindert tun. Außerdem bestätigt, verleiht und gibt er ihm erneut (haben ... bestetiget und von newes ... verlihen und gegeben ... confirmiren und bestetigen) als zusätzliche Begünstigung und Begnadung das Wappen (wappen und cleinet), wie es in der Mitte der Urkunde farbig eingemalt ist (in der mitte disz gegenwurtigen unsers brieffs gemalet und mit farben eigintlicher ausgestrichen), die schon die Vorfahren des Empfängers geführt haben (von alter biszher gefurt der [sic!] gepraucht und redlich herbracht), nämlich in blauem Schild zwei goldgewandete überkreuzte Arme, in den Händen eine zweigliedrige goldene Kette; im Oberwappen ein Helm mit blau-goldenen Helmdecken, darauf zwei ausgestreckte Arme mit zwei Kettengliedern wie im Wappen (einen schilde von lasur, darin uber zwirch gegeneinander zwen arme, becleidet von golde, habend in den hennden ein guldin ketten von zweyen gelidern, und auf dem schilde einen helme, geziret mit einer helmdecken von golde und lasur, darauf auch zwen auffgeworffen arme mit zweyen kettenglidern, alles von farben geschikt als in dem schilde), und bessert es (haben ... gekronet, geziret und gepessert) um eine goldene Krone (mit einer guldin crone). Er bestimmt (meinen, setzen und wellen), dass der Begünstigte und alle Leib- und Lehenserben die verliehenen Gnaden und Freiheiten auf ewig innehaben sollen, dazu das Wappen fortan in allen redlichen und ritterlichen Angelegenheiten und Geschäften (sachen und gescheften) zu schimpf und zu ernst und auch sonst überall (an allen enden), außerdem in Siegeln, Petschaften und Kleinodien (in insigeln, petschaten und cleineten) ungehindert führen dürfen, wie es andere rechtgeborene Wappengenossen und rittermäßige Leute tun. Er gebietet allen geistlichen und weltlichen Fürsten, Grafen, Freien, Herren, Rittern, Knechten, Hauptleuten, Burggrafen, Vögten, Amtleuten, Hofrichtern, Landrichtern, Bürgermeistern, Schultheißen, Schöffen, Richtern, Räten, Herolden, Persevanten, Bürgern und Gemeinden und auch sonst allen und des Heiligen Römischen Reichs Untertanen und Getreuen unter Androhung schwerer Ungnade sowie einer Strafe von einhundert Mark lötigen Goldes, die je zur Hälfte an die Reichskammer und an den Betroffenen zu zahlen ist, den Empfänger und seine Erben in der Führung und im Gebrauch der verliehenen Gnaden, Freiheiten und des Wappens nicht zu behindern.

Emperor Friedrich [III.] exempts and pardons (do and grant ... freedom and grace) with well-considered courage and good counsel of his and the Holy Roman Empire’s princes, counts, nobles, and loyal subjects, Heinrich Rohrbach (Heinrich Rorbach) as well as all his legitimate bodily and feudal heirs, for his honorableness, integrity, and reason, further for past, present, and future services, and also those of all his ancestors to the Emperor and the Empire, with the status of armigerous and knightly nobility (so that they henceforth shall be called and regarded as armigerous and knightly people), with all offices, the right to hold fiefs, all jurisdictions, the permission to administer justice and to participate in spiritual and secular estates and matters (to have and hold offices and fiefs, to possess jurisdiction and to administer justice, and to be suitable and eligible for spiritual and secular estates and matters), as other legitimate armigerous companions and knights in the Holy Roman Empire do by right or custom, unhindered.
