Papst Paul (II.) beauftragt den Abt des Neuklosters auf eine erst jüngst von Kaiser Friedrich vorgebrachte Bitte hin, den Propst, Dechant und das Kapitel des an der Corporis Christi-Kapelle in der Burg zu Neustadt errichteten weltlichen Kollegiatstiftes zur genaueren Einhaltung ihrer Verpflichtungen anzuhalten, die sie zum nicht geringen Ärger des Kaisers vernachlässigen. Der Abt hat nach vorheriger Ermahnung mit kirchlichen Zensuren einzuschreiten und den Propst, Dechant und die Kanoniker von ihren Präbenden zu entfernen, dies aber unbeschadet des Rechts des Kaisers und seiner Nachfolger im Herzogtum Steier, die Besetzung dieser Stellen betreffend.
Pope Paul (II.) commissions the Abbot of Neukloster, at the recent request of Emperor Friedrich, to urge the provost, dean, and chapter of the secular collegiate foundation established at the Chapel of Corpus Christi in the castle at Neustadt to more strictly observe their obligations, which they have neglected to the considerable annoyance of the Emperor. After prior admonition, the abbot is to intervene with ecclesiastical censures and remove the provost, dean, and canons from their prebends, but without prejudice to the rights of the Emperor and his successors in the Duchy of Styria regarding the appointment to these positions.
