Kaiser Friedrich (III.) bestätigt auf Bitten der Dorothe, Witwe des Fridreich Grimm, deren Stiftung, die sie zum Heil ihres Mannes und ihrer Vorfahren im Neukloster mit folgenden Gütern gemacht hat: ein Haus mit allem Zubehör beim alten Pfarrhof hinter Sand Kathrein; weiters 100 Ib d, die sie auf dem Gut Pöttsching (Petscharn) gehabt hat, und zwei Weingärten zu Vorchtenaw under dem Vorchtenstain, in dem Rar, nächst dem Weingarten des Vlreich Ledrer zu Ôdenburg¹. Der Kaiser behält sich aber die Losung vor, die er auf den siebeneinhalb Lehen zu Pöttsching liegen hat.
Emperor Friedrich (III.) confirms, at the request of Dorothe, widow of Fridreich Grimm, her endowment, which she made for the salvation of her husband and her ancestors in the Neukloster with the following properties: a house with all appurtenances at the old parsonage behind Sand Kathrein; furthermore, 100 pounds denarii, which she held on the estate of Pöttsching (Petscharn), and two vineyards at Vorchtenaw under the Vorchtenstain, in the Rar, next to the vineyard of Vlreich Ledrer at Ôdenburg. However, the Emperor reserves the right of redemption, which he holds over the seven and a half fiefs at Pöttsching.
