Papst Nikolaus (V.) teilt dem Bischof Johann von Gurk mit, daß Kaiser Friedrich (III.) ihn gebeten hat, dem von ihm gegründeten Cistercienserkloster Neukloster in Wiener Neustadt die Pfarrkirche St. Michael in Mansburg (Mangespurg, slaw. Menges) in der Diözese Aquileja zu inkorporieren, wenn diese durch Abgang oder Tod des derzeitigen Kirchenrektors vakant wird. Der Kaiser will damit seiner Stiftung helfen, deren Einkünfte nicht ausreichen, daß der Abt und der Konvent die zahlreichen Belastungen tragen können. Die jährlichen Einkünfte der Pfarrkirche übersteigen nicht 40, die des Klosters nicht 300 Mark Silber. Der Bischof soll nach sorgfältiger Prüfung und erfolgter Zustimmung des Ortsordinarius die Pfarrkirche samt ihren Einkünften nach Abgang des derzeitigen Kirchenrektors dem Kloster inkorporieren. Sicherzustellen ist ein entsprechender Anteil an den Einkünften der Kirche für den vom Patriarchen zu bestellenden ständigen Vikar, der ihm einen ausreichenden Unterhalt, die Erfüllung der Ansprüche des Patriarchen und sonstiger Lasten ermöglicht.
Pope Nicholas (V.) informs Bishop Johann of Gurk that Emperor Frederick (III.) has requested him to incorporate the parish church of St. Michael in Mansburg (Mangespurg, Slavic Menges) in the Diocese of Aquileja into the Cistercian monastery Neukloster in Wiener Neustadt, founded by him, when it becomes vacant through the departure or death of the current rector. The Emperor wishes thereby to support his foundation, whose revenues are insufficient for the abbot and convent to bear the numerous burdens. The annual revenues of the parish church do not exceed 40, those of the monastery not 300 marks of silver. After careful examination and with the consent of the local ordinary, the bishop is to incorporate the parish church with its revenues into the monastery upon the departure of the current rector. It must be ensured that an appropriate share of the church’s revenues is allocated to the permanent vicar to be appointed by the patriarch, enabling him to have sufficient maintenance, to fulfill the claims of the patriarch, and to cover other obligations.
