Pope Nicholas (V.), at the request of King Frederick (IV.), commissions the Bishop of Gurk, the Abbot of the Scots, and the Provost of St. Dorothea in Vienna to assist the Neukloster against attacks from spiritual and secular opponents. They are authorized to impose ecclesiastical censures and, if necessary, to call upon the assistance of the secular arm.
