König Friedrich (IV.) bestätigt, daß er in dem Kloster nächst dem Ungartor in der Neustadt, das bisher zu den Predigern geheißen hat, eine neue Stiftung zu Ehren der hl. Dreifaltigkeit errichtet und mit Brüdern des Cistercienserordens besetzt hat. Die Predigerbrüder übersiedeln mit Erlaubnis ihrer Oberen in das Frauenkloster ihres Ordens, das hier beim Wienertor an der Ringmauer gelegen ist und Sand Peter an der sperr genannt wird. Dem Prior und dem Konvent der Predigerbrüder wird zugesichert, ihren bisherigen Besitz auch weiterhin behalten zu dürfen.
King Friedrich (IV.) confirms that he has established a new foundation in the monastery next to the Ungartor in the Neustadt, which until now has been called the Prediger monastery, in honor of the Holy Trinity and has staffed it with brothers of the Cistercian Order. The Dominican brothers, with the permission of their superiors, relocate to the convent of their order for women, which is located here by the Wienertor at the city wall and is called Sand Peter an der sperr. The prior and the convent of the Dominican brothers are assured that they may continue to retain their previous possessions.
