Sciant presentes et futuri quod hec est convencio facta inter Ithellum Wern de Dendour[] ex una parte et abbatem et conventum de Haghmon[] videlicet quod idem Ythellus Wern tradidit et concessit dictis abbati et conventui unam dimidiam nocam terre in villa de Aston scilicet octo acras terre quas idem Ithellus Wern tenuit in eadem villa de Aston cum medietate mesuagii et medietate crofti et cum omnibus pertinentiis suis ad dictam terram pertinentibuus ad terminum xx annorum subsequencium plenarie complendorum termino incipiente anno domini millesimo cclx in Purificacione beate Marie Habendam et tenendam libere integre et quiete ab omni servicio seculari exaccione et demanda cum omnibus libertatibus et liberis consuetudinibus ad dictam terram pertinentibus usque ad predictum terminum viginti annorum perfecte completorum Hiis testibus domino Johanne filio Philippi Hugone filio eius et aliis
