Omnibus sanctae matris ecclesiae filiis ad quos praesens carta pervenerit Gundreda de Warenna salutem in Domino Scire volo universos quod ego per inspectionem cartarum et instrumentorum quae in Sarum habentur ecclesia indubitanter certificata super jure advocationis ecclesiae de Stapelford tandem recognovi jus ecclesiae Sarum et de assensu ac voluntate haeredis de Stapelford pro salute animae meae et antecessorum necnon et successorum meorum dedi in perpetuum et concessi et hac praesenti carta mea confirmavi totum jus meum si quid habui vel credebam me habere in ecclesia de Stapelford Deo et beatae Mariae et ecclesiae Sarum ac venerabili patri Ricardo Sarum episcopo et successoribus ejus Et ne contra hanc meam recognitionem et concessionem de consensu haeredis de Stapelford factam in aliquo tempore venire possim praesenti cartae sigillum meum apposui His testibus Willelmo [de Wanda] decano Willelmo praecentore Sarum Abraham thesaurario magistro Hugone de Gayhirst cancellario g[alfrido] archidiacono [berk] Johanne capellano Bartholomaeo de Kemesia magistro Willelmo de Mertone magistro Luca canonicis Sarum Huberto Hosato vicario ecclesiae de Stapelford magistro Eustachio de Norwick persona ejusdem ecclesiae Rogero de Mortuo Mari
