Abstract
1424, In ciuitate Nouarie uidelicet secundo palacio comunis Nouarie prope banchum Cerui
In einem Rechtsstreit zwischen Simon de Caualio, Sohn des verstorbenen Johaninus, bzw. dessen Prokurator Nicolinus Abzalandina auf der einen und Machinus de Boxio, Sohn des verstorbenen Antonius, bzw. dessen Prokurator auf der anderen Seite um die Tilgung der Schulden des Simon bei Machinus verweist Simon auf deren Hinterlegung in Gegenwart des Antonius de Prinis, seinerzeit Notar des commissarius Jacobus de Mede, am 12. Mai 1422. Aussteller: Simon de Caualio, Sohn des Johaninus Empfänger: Machinus de Boxio, Sohn des Antonius Andere Personen (z.B. Notare): Guillelmus Manghiabaffa
