Ritter Wigeleis vom Wolfstein, Schultheiß, und die Schöffen der Stadt Nürnberg beurkunden auf Zeugnis des Sebald Grabner und Niclas Granetel, daß Hanns Schmid zu Symanshofen (Simonshofen) und seine Frau Elspet ihr Erbrecht an 2 Gütlein zu Simonshofen dem Neuen Spital z. Hl. Geist in Nürnberg (Pfleger: Conrat Sigwein) aufgeben.
