Bischof Franz zu Bamberg und Würzburg investiert den gewählten Abt Johann VIII. Gagel zu Langheim in seine Ämter und belehnt ihn mit allen dem Kloster Langheim zustehenden (Hoheits-) Rechten, Spiritualien und Temporalien. Genaue Investitur- und Belehnungsumstände werden aufgeführt; anwesende Zeugen werden genannt.
