Der päpstliche Nuntius Thomas de Ammanatis, Bf. von Limasol (Nymociensis electus) errichtet in dem von Heinrich und Schweiker den Tuscheln gestifteten Johannesstift in Vilshofen ein Kollegiatsstift nach den Statuten mit 12 Kanonikern und einem Vorsteher.
