Hanns Fux zu Rämling(1) und seine Frau Barbara erhalten von der Äbtissin des Klosters Niedernburg, Khunigundt von Puechperg(2), ein Darlehen und setzen dafür ihr obleiisches Lehen zu Rämling als Pfand. Siegelbittzeugen: Georg Hinderreitter und Mattheus Glettmayr, Tuchscherer, beide Bürger zu Passau. Aussteller:Hieronimus Sintzl, Hofrichter zu Niedernburg
