Herzog Ludwig in Bayern bestätigt die Handfesten und Freiheiten der Stände und das Rechtsbuch im obern Land und im Gebirg. Beschwerden gegen Amtleute sollen durch die herzogl. Räte, von denen mindestens fünf Landsleute sein sollen, erledigt werden.
