Sanctissimo patri ac domino suo Eugenio sanctae Romanae 1147 aecclesiae summo pontifici Herimannus comes de Wincenburch, c' ec advocatus ecclesiae Corbeiensis, obsequii sui intimam devotionem.

Commendamus, venerande pater, sanctitati vestrae dominum meum karissimum Wibaldum, venerabilem Corbeiensem abbatem, virum utique religiosum et in omni apud nos honestate ac pru- dentia spectatum. Commendamus vobis labores, quos in aec- clesia Corbeiensi a die promotionis suae fideliter et infatigabi- liter sustinuit tum in reformanda divina religione in eodem monasterio et in recolligendis possessionibus ipsius tum in pio et laudabili studio, quo in duobus monasteriis, Kaminata sci- licet et Visbick, quae a domino meo rege accepit, studiose pro reparanda in eis divina religione laboravit. Huius enim labo- ratoris in terra nostra multum indiguimus, maxime in duobus monasteriis, ubi multum divina religio deperierat, quam vir iste prudenter et honeste reformare laborat. Rogamus ergo excel- lentiam vestram, quatinus secundum peticionem domini mei regis hanc donationem eius vestra auctoritate confirmetis, et in repa- randa divina servitute dominum meum abbatem clementer ad- iuvetis, nobisque exemplum in adiuvandis aecclesiis prestetis.
