Ea propter dilecti in domino filii. uestris iustis postulationibus grato concurrentes consensu, priui- legia ecclesic uestre a felicis memorie Leone et Eugenio Romanis pontifici- bus. predecessoribus nostris indulta, perpetuis temporibus decreuimus ualitura. priuilegium quoque ab Egberto archiepiscopo Treuirensi collatum uobis ues- trisque successoribus auctoritate apostólica confirmamus. et presentís scripti patrocinio munimus. statuentes. ut quia eadem ecclesia fuit a predicto pâtre nostro papa Eugenio pridie kal. febr. dedicate, quicunque dies anniuersarius dedicationis euenerit. cum gloria in excelsis deo missarum in ea solemnia celebrentur. nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confir- mationis et constitutions infringere. vel ei ausu temerario contraire, si quis autem hoc attentare prosumpserit indignationem omnipotentis dei et beato- rum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum.
