Královna Žofie potvrzuje smlouvu Jindricha z Vartenberka s Cenkem z Vartenberka a z Veselé, týkající se držení hradu Veliše, dále stanoví, aby Cenek z Vartenberka dal svému strýci Jindrichovi 1.500 kop gr. ve trech termínech po 500 gr., polovinu ryb z vyloveného velkého rybníka a Jindrich mu za to dal hrad Veliš.
