Král Vladislav II. Zastavuje nejvyššímu sudímu království českého Půtovi z Ryzmberka a na Švihově 46 a půl kopy českých grošů ročního úroku (hromniční sumy) na tepelském klášteře v sumě 1.000 kop českých grošů, když mu Půta vrátil dlužní list na 1.000 kop českých grošů vystavený císařem Zikmundem na jeho předkovi.
