Ladislav Pohrobek potvrzuje městská privilegia předchozích panovníků, inzert privilegia krále Jana Lucemburského z 29.9.1345 o odpuštění ungeltu, inzert konfirmace Václava IV. ze 25.3.1399 s inzerovaným privilegiem Karla IV. z 5.1.1366 o povinném noclehu kupců v K. Horách, a inzert konfirmace Zikmunda Lucemburského z 13.10.1436.
