Papež Benedikt XIV. nařizuje oficiálu pražského arcibiskupa vyšetřit žádost Františka Sibeneichera a Marie Alžběty Apeltové (Apeltin), ženy jeho zemřelého strýce, a shledá-li to možným, udělit oběma dispens od příbuzenství I. a II. stupně a povolit jim uzavření manželství.Source Regest:
