Abstract
20. říjen 1655, Strakonice (w Strakoniczych)
Purkmistr a rada města Strakonic (Strakonicz) vydávají podle svědectví Jana Matějky a Gabriela Vaníka rodný a zachovací list Jiřímu Javornickému [podle dorsální poznámky se 15.IV.1657 stal strahovským profesem], synu tamního měšťana a radního Bartoloměje Javornického a jeho ženy Doroty.
