Jindřich z Temritz na Diehse (Diesa) a Saritschi (Sarichen) vydává podle svědectví Kryštofa Hympela, Martina Mühla, Hanuše Wiedemera, Jiřího Richtera a Kryštofa Wentsche, měšťanů a přísežných v Diehse, rodný a zachovací list Jiřímu Teichovi, nar. 27.II.1626, synu tamního rychtáře Jiřího Teicha a jeho ženy Marie, dcery Martina Hocknera, kdysi rychtáře v Horka (Horkau), a propouští ho z poddanství.
