Jaroslav Bořita (Borzita) z Martinic (Martinicz) na Smečně (Smetschna), zemský hofmistr a místodržící v Království českém, 26.IX.1633 jmenovaný císařem Ferdinandem II. comes palatinus, povyšuje Hanuše Jiřího Stomu do šlechtického stavu s přídomkem ze Stamburgu a uděluje mu erb (vymalován uprostřed listiny).Source Regest:
