Kašpar Beker, dědičný rychtář, a kmeti města Lwówku (Lewenberg) vysvědčují, že František (Frantze) Neukirch prodal johanitské komendě na výživu 1/2 hř. ročního platu na svém domě na rynku vedle domu Řehoře Reymana; plat má být odváděn každoročně na neděli Letare a může být vykoupen za 10 hř. gr.
