/Rychtář a konšelé města Prahy/ vydávají k žádosti křižovníků špitálu svatého Františka v Praze opis konfirmace krále Václava II. na fundaci Konráda, měšťana v Klatovech, pro tamní špitál z 8. října 1288 (Praha) (viz ŘKř inv. č. 95).
