17. únor 1484, Vratislav (Breslaw)
Dr. Fabián Hancko, kanovník a správce arcijáhenství kostelů ve Vratislavi na místě arcijáhna Kašpara Marienama potvrzuje, že podle svědectví rychty na "Wahlgasse" prodal Melichar Härnigk, správce kostela pod klášterem svatého Bernardina, zahradu v ceně 25 uherských zlatých u městského příkopu, kterou odkázal Ondřej Elich ke stavbě tohoto kostela, sestrám třetího řádu svatého Františka Dorotě Hoffmannové (Hoffmannynne) a Anně Kamererové (Kamererynne).
