24. červenec 1511, Nysa (Nise)
Jan, biskup vratislavský, dává pořídit opis breve papeže Julia II. z 22. 11. 1510 - Bologna (Bononie), kterým ruší a zakazuje tisk statut, ustanovených na generální kapitule minoritského řádu a dotýkajících se františkánů. Listinu vyhotovil veřejný notář Michal Witiger.
