Abstract
15. květen 1448, Praha
Jan Karvajal kardinál tit. s. Angeli, papežský legát v Německu, dává svým sekretářem Janem Vaultierem transumovati ve formě notářského instrumentu notářský instrument Jana Mikuláše Baškova z Kujavy, daný ve Svídnici 9. března 1436, který opět transumuje jednak notářský instrument Matěje Halíře z 13. února 1425, zlistiňující pořízení Albíka arcibiskupa cesarijského a probošta vyšehradského o vykonavatelých jeho poslední vůle, jednak Albíkův testament ( nedatovány).
