Notářský instrument Petra Václavova z Načeradce, zlistiňující pořízení, jímž Mikuláš z Uničova řečený Kuchenmeister, kanovník vyšehradský a farář v Landshutě, postupuje spolukanovníku Janovi Zůlovi svou pravomoc jakožto vykonavatel posledního pořízení cesarijského arcibiskupa a vyšehradského probošta Albíka.
