Abstract
2. říjen 1606, Vratislav /Wratislauie/
Jan, biskup vratislavský, nejvyšší hejtman obojího Slezska, potvrzuje na žádost Martina Lemhusia, děkana kolegiátního kostela P. Marie "na ostrově" v Hlohově /Glogouise maioris/, jeho fundaci probošství při kapli sv. Anny v tomto kostele a platem 240 tolarů /po 36 groších/ pojištěným na vsi Kwielce /Quiliz/ v Hlohovsku náležející zaháňskému /saganensis/ klášteru a splatným vždy na sv. Jiří.
