Zikmund sv. pán Turn Neupeurn vysvědčuje, že přijal z plně moci Filipa Ludvíka, Jana Otty Jindřicha, Fridricha a Karla, falckrabat rýnských a vévodů bavorských, od císaře Rudolfa a České koruny v léno zámek a panství Heideck a složil manský slib.
