Přeclav biskup a kapitula vratislavského kostela vyznávají, že od Jana, krále českého, přijali lénem městečko Hrádek s celým obvodem, koupené od Boleslava, knížete slezského a pána břežského.Preclaus episcopus et capitulum ecclesiae Vratislaviensis profitentur se a Iohanne, rege Bohemiae, oppidum Grodcoviam a Boleslao, duce Silesiae et domino Bregensi, emptum cum terra in feudum recepisse.
