Jan, král český a polský, slibuje budyšínským měšťanům, že bez jejich souhlasu nikomu nepropůjčí ani nepronajme statky fojtství ležící ve městě i mimo město.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae et Poloniae, civibus civitatis Budissae promittit se advocatiae bona intra vel extra muros civitatis situata praeter ipsorum consilium alicui nec committere, nec locare velle.
