1323 září 30, Praha(Praga)
Jan, král český a polský, potvrzuje Jindřichovi z Lipé, nejvyššímu maršálkovi Království českého, svou inserovanou listinu, vydanou 31. srpna 1319 v Praze, kterou mu daroval vsi Kunovice, Sady a obojí Mikovice za město Žitavu a Žitavsko a hrady Ronov, Ojvín a Schönbach.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae et Poloniae, Henrico de Lipá, summo marschalco regni Bohemiae, litteras suas insertas 1319 aug. 31. Pragae datas, quibus eidem villas Kunovice, Longam Viliam ac utramque villam Mikovice pro civitate ac districtu Sitavia, castris Rohnau, Oybin ac Schönbach tradidit, confirmat.
